London Business School’s student-run Media Club is prepping for the London Media Summit, to be held on 24th November. This year LBS has an interesting lineup of some of London’s top Media community members.
The Summit is entitled “The Great Debate: how can ‘old’ media survive?”, touching on some of the issues relevant to content both old and new media content creators.
The Summit offer valuable insights from
- Peers in Music, Print, Film and Television about how they are addressing challenges posed by emerging distribution platforms
- Open discussion encouraged by Chatham House rule which allows participants to speak more freely
- Networking opportunities with:
- Industry delegates
- London Business School students who are passionate about the media industry and alumni who hold senior positions within it
There will be interesting panels around the survival techniques of labels, newspapers, studios and broadcasters.
